To the residents of Colebrook, Times like these are why I love being from the North Country. Seeing persons and businesses taking the initiative working together to look after and take care of their neighbors. Thank you all for doing your part.
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and are working with our partners; Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, 45thParallel EMS, our Police and Fire Department, Colebrook School District, along with other area resources to prepare for the likelihood of COVID-19 reaching our community.
We ask you to continue to be vigilant of the symptoms of COVID-19 (sore throat, cough, high fever, and difficulty breathing). We ask at the first sign of these symptoms that you stay home and contact your family Doctor. Only call 911 or go to the Emergency Department in severe cases. In the event of any other emergency and you need to call 911, please notify the operator of your symptoms and if possible put on a facemask before police/fire/ems help arriveS.
For more information please visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website at CDC.gov or you can call 211 for the New Hampshire COVID-19 Hotline if you have any questions.
