In accordance with New Hampshire State Law RSA:227-L:17 no person or firm shall kindle a fire in the State of New Hampshire without first obtaining a permit from their local Forest Fire Warden unless the ground is completely covered with snow at the burning site.
Permits may be obtained for burning in the Town of Colebrook from Brian Pariseau at Ducret’s Sporting Goods (603-237-4900) or by contacting Nate Lyons, Deputy Warden.
