Sand & Gravel Bids
The Town of Colebrook is accepting bids from vendors for the purchase of the following:
– 5,100 TONS of 1/2″ Winter Sand screened that meets NH DOT specs.
Product will be loaded by the vendor on town trucks with Town of Colebrook
employees hauling the material.
– 6,500 TONS of 3/4″ Crushed Gravel that meets NH DOT specs.
Bidders must specify the address of the pit where the material will be loaded. The Town
may purchase more or less of the material based on the price and available budget approved
at Town Meeting.
All bids must be sealed and submitted to the Town of Colebrook, 17 Bridge Street, Colebrook, NH 03576
no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025. Bids will be opened at a regularly scheduled Board meeting
scheduled for May 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
